All orders within Australia and to New Zealand are shipped via Australia Post. 

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouse in Sydney. 

 

Shipping in Australia:

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $150 
  • FREE Express Shipping on orders over $200*
  • Standard Shipping / $10 flat rate / 2-7 business days
  • Express Shipping / $14.95 flat rate / 1-4 business days* 

 *Express shipping to WA is not available

 

Shipping to New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping / $20 flat rate / 7-10 business days 
  • Express Shipping / $30 flat rate / 3-4 business days

     

    Please note, due to COVID-19, it is expected that orders might be slightly delayed within Australia.  Our warehouse in Sydney is dispatching all our online orders promptly and on time, Monday to Friday. 

     

    Returns 

     

    It is very important to us that you love your hat and that it fits correctly, so we always accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. 

    If you would like to refund or exchange, please ensure the following:

    - Your item must be returned with the original invoice within 14 days and sent to our returns address. 
    - Your item must be unworn and undamaged  
    - Your item must be in its original condition, this includes all original packaging and tags attached.  
    - Your item must be purchased at full price.  
     

    To process a refund or exchange, please do the following:

     - Please email Avenue within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please email info@avenuethelabel.com with the following information: 

    - Order reference number 
    - Date of purchase  
    - State the reason for return  

      

    Please note:

    Avenue will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Avenue reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy. 

    Purchase made at Avenue stockists, are subject to return policies of that vendor and will not be accepted for return via post directly to Avenue. 

    Avenue cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost. In turn, we suggest returning the parcel using a registered postal service.
